(Mobile) ## This article will show you how to manage your credentials within your wallet. Desktop Instructions [HERE](https://helpcenter.credivera.com/en/knowledge/manage-credentials-desktop?hsLang=en) 1. From the Credivera Wallet, tap on the menu icon in the top right corner. Tap on any credential to get details about its usage or to share that credential on LinkedIn. Tap the **Add credential** button on the right side and a new window will open to enter the details. Any mismatch in the details entered and the information stored with the issuer will cause the verification process to result in an invalid credential. - **Credential Issuer** – Select the issuer for your certification. If the issuer is not in the list, select “***I can’t find my issuer***” and enter it manually. - **Credential** – select the credential from the list offered by that issuer. If the credential is not listed, select “***I can’t find my credential***” and enter it manually. - **Issue Date** – the date the credential was issued to the individual. - **Expiry Date** – will fill automatically if the credential has an expiry period. - **Holder ID** – Optional field that will only be fillable if required for verification. - **Attachment** – select *Browse Files* to search for an electronic version of your certification in one of these formats; PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG. \*\*An electronic version of your certification is required for verification purposes. 1. ![](https://helpcenter.credivera.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Mobile_Credentials7-jpg-1.jpeg?width=195&height=401&name=Mobile_Credentials7-jpg-1.jpeg)     ![](https://helpcenter.credivera.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Mobile_Credentials8-jpg.jpeg?width=195&name=Mobile_Credentials8-jpg.jpeg) 2. Click/Tap **Add** at the bottom of the window and your credential will go into a Pending status. If a credential has expired or becomes invalid, a new version can be uploaded creating a history of certification. Enter the new issue date and attach the new electronic version for your credential and click/tap **Update**. ![](https://helpcenter.credivera.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Mobile_Credentials10-jpg.jpeg?width=195&name=Mobile_Credentials10-jpg.jpeg) 3. Your credential will be submitted for verification and the history of that credential will be visible under the **History** tab. ![](https://helpcenter.credivera.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Mobile_Credentials11-jpg.jpeg?width=195&name=Mobile_Credentials11-jpg.jpeg) ### Deactivate/Reactivate a Credential 1. To Deactivate a credential, tap on it and you will open the Details tab. You will see a warning on the screen, tap **Deactivate** again to confirm your choice.  ![](https://helpcenter.credivera.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Mobile_Credentials13a-jpg.jpeg?width=384&height=342&name=Mobile_Credentials13a-jpg.jpeg) 3. The credential will no longer be displayed in your active credentials.
