      Reset my Password?

      How do I reset my Credivera password?

      1. Go to the Credivera Login page and click/tap the Forgot Password button in the bottom right of the login window.
      2. Enter the email you use to log in to your Credivera account and click/tap Forgot your password?
      3. An email will be sent to the submitted email address with a link to change the password on your Credivera account. If you do not see the password reset email, check your spam or junk folders. If you did not request a password reset please contact our Support team immediately.

      NOTE: The password reset function CANNOT be triggered by an administrator. It must be done by the individual from the login page
